(A) Research, Analysis and Valuation by a Professional
Our highly qualified professional staff will valuate and determine the market value of your property. When you request our property valuation of your property, please present to the staff any relevant information regarding the property being as specific as possible including the property description brochure that you received when you purchased the property, the property title deed, the certificate of the verification of building construction and any other pertinent information. If the property that you intend to sell is a rental property, please present rental income and operating cost statements and any other financial information on the rental property.
(B) Mitsui Real Plan's Proposal (Free)
Mitsui Real Plan presents, free of charge, the valuated price, a marketing study, a comparative study of asset quality of your property, and a proposal with several choices on how to sell your property effectively. Although you may not have plans to sell your property in the immediate future, please feel free to contact us to determine the current asset value of your property to assist you in making a future asset management plan.
(C) Valuation and Sale Price
Our staff generally determine the valuation of a property based on an assumption that it will be sold within the following three-month period.
Using the professionally-prepared valuation, you can determine an appropriate sale price for your property. Mitsui Real Plan also includes a service to propose a suggested sale price based on the valuation.
