two master craftsmen undertake a dialogue while acknowledging the past.
Potter and living national treasure Jun Isesaki, and stone sculptor Masatoshi Izumi who pursued stone carving with Isamu Noguchi.
The works they have created have earned them fame at home and abroad, and live on in splendor.
This one-in-a-million encounter gives rise to an enduring work of art, dubbed “Daichi no Kagayaki”（Brilliance of the Earth）.
A Bizen pottery wall created by manipulating soil that only a select few potters can obtain.
Carving stone known only to a sculptor who has traversed Japan and the world, forming a sculpture that will serve as the foundation.
Pure water flows from the center, becoming one with the earth. This enduring art will become the shared heritage of the owners.
